Soft Sunday Sounds :)

Sundays are so great :) I love listening to church music. Today I heard 2 amazing songs :) You guys should definitely go listen to them. But here are the lyrics.


The Last Touch
Their first touch at 17 was in the park, and the moon was full, she was

Their last touch at 85 was by her bed and the moon was full, she was beautiful
to him, and her hair was thin and her eyes were closed and her skin was cold and
she turned to him, and he knew, O how he knew what love was. After 68 years of
laughter and tears he knew that he knew what love was.

And Waiting

She might be the only one of all the sophomore girls not going to the senior prom but not because she didn’t get asked.  No dating until you turn 16 that’s a family rule she won’t break it for anything but she still wants to grow up fast. Soon she’ll have more freedom and her dad’s old Chevrolet she’ll be counting every hour for 24 more days. She is 15 and waiting

2 months have passed since he’s turned them in now he is going to the mailbox again his call should come any day this week. He could go state side or to a foreign land the suspense is almost more then he can stand. Right now the only thing he wants to see is that envelope with elder Brening right before his name signed by the prophet at the bottom of that page.  He is 18 and waiting

2 years can change your life when you’re living right and you’re giving all your time. Now they’re spending all that time getting ready for that special day.  Invitations are out and family is on their way.  They meet at the temple today at noon he’ll see her standing there is angel dressed in white. So grateful for the choices that they both made in their life   for staying clean and waiting. So happy for eternity…..and waiting.
